“Stop operation Soros” is the name of a new civil movement which its founders say in the upcoming period “will initiate and will contribute to the process of desorosoization in the Republic of Macedonia.”
The civil movement will be guided by the maxim “Ask not what your country has done for you, but ask what have you done for your country.”
One of the founders, Nikola Srbov, said that “in the last two years, the Macedonian people were witness to the violent destruction of the country’s institutions and the taking away of the sovereignty from the hands of the citizens of Republic of Macedonia.”
“The “Open Society Foundation”, which is under the Soros umbrella, stood directly behind all the violent processes in the Republic of Macedonia, financially and with man power. The “Open Society Foundation” has created a monopoly in the civil sector, which is currently occupied and in it there is no place for organizations and movements that aren’t in the same line with the Soros ideology. Pluralism was run over in the civil sector and a totalitarian mindset has taken over”, said Srbov.
Cvetin Chilimanov said that the activities of the civil sector were “coordinated with SDSM including representatives of the diplomatic outposts in Macedonia.”
Firstly, the “Stop Operation Soros” movement will start working by discussing questions and issues and then provide answers about the way that Soros operates in Macedonia. Any citizen that would like to join in with the movement and participate, will have an opportunity for that through activities the movement are planning for the future.
