The ruling VMRO-DPMNE tomorrow, starting at 1 pm, at the sports center “Biljanini izvori” in Ohrid, will hold a new national gathering. Party leader Nikola Gruevski is scheduled to address, but other party leaders will address as well.
It is expected the views of the party on several current issues and the steps of VMRO-DPMNE in the forthcoming period to be presented at the gathering.
Local leadership invited “all citizens of Ohrid to be part of this nationwide debate,” reads the party statement.
Ohrid is the city in which, traditionally, since 1990, election caravan of VMRO-DPMNE starts, which, was not the case with the national gatherings.
Previously, the ruling party held such national gatherings in several cities in Macedonia, including the capital Skopje.
