Mickoski demands early elections next year, Anjushev says it wont be good for the economy

-

At a protest in front of the Government, the leader of the opposition VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski, demanded early parliamentary elections saying they should be held next year along with the presidency.

“There must be elections! We must have early parliamentary elections along with the presidential elections. Let’s prepare a clean and equal terrain for all political parties. Let’s elect a President of the SEC on a proposal from the opposition. Let’s form a technical government 100 days before the early parliamentary elections, just as it was in 2016 when Zoran Zaev and SDSM lost the elections and see if the people agree with what Zoran Zaev and SDSM are doing”, called Mickoski.

He said that its really hard to stand back and watch someone else who is in power in this beautiful country plays with the dignity of everyone and sells honesty just like a market, it belongs to us, he sells it so cheap, even though it is priceless and he is playing with the patience and intelligence of 2 million people.

The ruling SDSM responded to thr statements and said Mickoski continues precisely along Gruevski’s path and, unfortunately, again refuses to apologize to the citizens for the devastation that VMRO-DPMNE committed against Macedonia for 11 years.

Deputy Prime Minister Kocho Angjushev did not comment on the demand for early parliamentary elections that the opposition VMRO-DPMNE voiced from yesterday’s rally, but noted that very frequent elections are not favorable for economy of the country.
