Macedonian Energy Resources AD Skopje and ALBGAZ from Tirana have signed a Memorandum for establishing and development for a business collaboration for the development of transferring networks for natural gas in both countries.
The signing of the memeorandum was attended by the Minister of Economy, Kreshnik Bekteshi and the Albanian Minister for Energy, Damjan Gjiknuri.
-Today’s Memorandum is a steap forward in the development of a bilateral strategic partnership in the Sector for natural gas, as a continuation of the already signed Memorandum for a cooperation in the area of energetics, between the Macedonian Ministry of Economy and the Albanian Ministry of Energetics – said Bekteshi.
According to Bekteshi, both Macedonia and Albania, as two neighboring countries that want to integrate into European Structures, are more interested in accomplishing these commenced projects, in the shortest time possible, which will contribute to an even stronger energetic and economic cooperation.
