Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikola Dimitrov will take part in an International Scientific Conference, Friday and Saturday, March 15 and 16, organized by Athens University of Piraeus, for the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the existence of the Department of International and European Studies and in honour of honorary professor and former Foreign Minister, Nikos Kotzias.
The two-day conference on the topic of “Greek active foreign policy in the 21st century” will be held at the amphitheatre of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and will hold five thematic discussions, the last of which will be dedicated to the region.
For the Balkans and Southeast Europe, Macedonian Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov and former Albanian and Bulgarian Foreign Ministers , Ditmir Bushati and Daniel Mitov will talk on Saturday afternoon.
The invitation to Dimitrov to participate in the conference was revealed at the end of last year in an interview with MIA, by former Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias
