Criminal council of the Organized Crime Department yesterday accepted the proposal of the warden of the penitentiary “Prison Skopje – Skopje” to parole journalist Tomislav Kezharovski. So, from 18th of February to 27th of June 2015, Kezherovski will be released on probation, i.e. until the end of his sentence.
The Court made this decision in accordance with the Law on execution of sanctions because Kezharovski already served more than half of the sentence.
However, the Public Prosecution has the right to appeal against this decision of the criminal council.
