The Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, welcomed yesterday’s joint platform by the Albanian parties in Macedonia, DUI, Besa and the Albanian Alliance , for negotiations for forming a Macedonian government, as historical.
“This is a historical step for expressing the will of Albanians in Macedonia, for the right of the Albanians and not negotiating for government armchairs (positions)” wrote Edi Rama on his Facebook page.
The leaders of the Albanian political parties in Macedonia, after the early parliamentary elections which were held on the 11th of December last year, went to talks twices with Rama in Tirana, and later with the President of Kosovo, Hashim Tachi. After the meetings with Rama and Tachi came out with the joint platform of the Albanian parties in Macedonia which will be a basis for negotiations in the forming of a new government.
