Starting from today, President Gjorge Ivanov will be on a two-day working visit to Turkey, where he will be participating at the Eurasian Economic Summit in Istanbul.
Ivanov’s cabinet announced that Ivanov will address the attendees at the opening of the 20th Eurasian Economic Summit that this year is organized under the motto of “Humanity at Crossroads” and he will also address the attendees at the Summit’s presidential session.
Ivanov is attending the Eurasian Economic Summit for the 7th time which since 1998 is organized each year. This year, several current and former statesmen, presidents, prime ministers, ministers, renowned people from the social and political life, NGO sector, the business communities from almost 40 states were announced. An organizer of the Eurasian Economic Summit is the “Marmara” foundation, a group for economic and social research that aims at improving the relations between EU and the countries from Central Asia and Near East.
