The Chief of the Cabinet of DUI, MP Artan Grubi, today in a statement to Parliament said that the General Secretary of Parliament requested a decision over the election of a new Parliament Speaker, so it can be published in the “Official Gazette” before the officials of Parliament, so that everyone will be able to act in accordance with the requirements of the new Speaker.
The MP from DUI said that everyone should bear in mind than an office is not an institution, but the Parliament Speaker, Talat Xhaferi is an institution, who represents the will of the majority of citizens.
Grubi stated he hoped he that the political parties would come to reason, especially, the new opposition in Parliament, and that they will allow the flow of events as expected by the citizens. He added that the new session will be decided by the new Speaker of Parliament, Talat Xhaferi.
