The Criminal Court Skopje has announced that it cannot tell how long the procedure will take, when will it end and when will the decisions be announced regarding the requests filed by the Special Public Prosecution for taking into custody and measures of caution against persons against whom charges were filed against yesterday.
The Court has announced that due to a large number of requests and evidence material that was submitted, the judges are trying to make their decisions within the deadline of 24 hours.
Yesterday, the Special Public Prosecution along with the 17 charges has also filed requests for taking into custody 18 people among which is VMRO-DPMNE’s party leader and former Prime Minister, Nikola Gruevski.
