The Criminal Court in Skopje has received the proposal the Special Public Prosecutor’s Office (SPO) submitted, and requests that two of the suspects in the “Tenders” case have their passports confiscated and report to the court every Tuesday, the court told “Meta”.
The SPO application has already been distributed to the judge for the preliminary procedure, which, as the court said, will have to summon suspects to the Criminal Court for questioning, for them to express their views on the proposal made by the Special Prosecutor’s Office .
So far, the Criminal Court can not verify with absolute certainty, whether the questioning of the two suspects will take place today, or in the days to come.
