The Co-Chairman of the European Council on Foreign Relations said that he was in Skopje on a monitoring mission from the pan-European organization, to gather information, which later, will be put forward to the leaders of Europe.
Mr. Bildt will meet with representatives from all the major parties, however, he will not be meeting President Ivanov.
